The Presidential Fund for Cultural Initiatives, created by Vladimir Putin, based on the results of the competition, issued a grant of 10 million rubles to the establishment of the ancient Russian military patriotic culture "Holy Russian Bogatyrstvo". For budget money, it will build the "Donbass Bogatyr Outpost" on the shores of the Sea of Azov in Mariupol: children will be transported there on the boat "Snake Gorynych".
The description of the propaganda project is posted on the foundation’s website, and the Sirena Telegram channel drew attention to it.
According to the idea of the organizers, on the Sea of Azov they will hold a "holiday of competitions, games and fun" "Bogatyrskaya Silushka". Together with the establishment of the “Donbass Bogatyr Outpost”, this will allegedly show the world that “Russia, Donbass and the liberated territories are a single Slavic people.”
The goal is called "the task of laying a tourist flow for citizens of the Russian Federation to the liberated territories of Ukraine and organizing a bright cultural point on the shores of the Sea of \u200b\u200bAzov."
“Children and youth of Ukraine saw so much negative and perverted things on TV, Tik-Tok, YouTube and other Internet resources that in their minds and feelings these news formed deep psychological traumas that need to be healed through bright and joyful cultural events that return love to Russia, to an ancient common history," this is how the authors substantiate the relevance of the project.
According to them, a trip on the boat "Serpent Gorynych" will bring "so much joy to this region of sorrow and sorrow that all residents, both children and adults, will feel a spiritual victory."
In total, the Presidential Fund for Cultural Initiatives gave away almost a billion rubles (953 million) for propaganda projects and festivals that are dedicated to the “integration” of the annexed regions of Ukraine. 143 winners were chosen, the trip on the Zmeya Gorynych is one of them.
Among the winners there is also an ideological project for youth "Neowell", which is going to defend Russian "cultural and moral values", "under attack", the festival "Russian Summer. ZaRussia”, the festival of school classical literature “Generation Z” for students and teachers of the occupied territories of Ukraine, as well as the project “Sons of Chechnya on guard of the Russian state”, created on the initiative of Ramzan Kadyrov.
