The mobilized are not given “elevation” because they will not be able to properly dispose of them, the Oryol governor said

Oryol Governor Andrey Klychkov said that the region does not pay the mobilized "lifting" – one-time payments for participation in the war, because, from his point of view, "giving money is the easiest way." He announced this during a live broadcast on the social network VKontakte.

“Of course, it would be possible, probably, in a simple way to say: here are the lifts for you, please, buy what you need yourself. Many regions have done just that. But I strongly doubt that the family of each mobilized person will be able to buy a diesel generator, a chainsaw, a quadrocopter, the cost of which is already under 300 thousand rubles, and give it to their mobilized person, ”says Klychkov.

Therefore, according to the head of the region, the budget money is used to purchase supplies for the mobilized: clothes, dry rations, all the necessary things. According to him, the soldiers who contact him say that there is “nothing” in the units in addition to uniforms. Why there is "nothing there," he did not elaborate.

In total, Klychkov reported, the region has already spent 33 million rubles on security.

Mobilized people all over Russia are already complaining that they do not receive either monthly payments or “lifting” ones. So, in Bashkortostan, the families of the mobilized received 1,800 rubles instead of the promised payments, and in the Tyumen region, the mobilized received 759 rubles. In some regions, there is still no type of payment.

In Ulyanovsk, this led to a riot: those mobilized from Chuvashia went on strike due to lack of money and demanded that the head of the republic, Oleg Nikolaev, immediately transfer the 400 million rubles promised for the war to them. The men recorded a video message where they advised the deputies to “give in the fuck your party tickets” and go to war in Ukraine themselves.
