The property of the family of General Surovikin completely disappeared from Rosreestr

Rosreestr has completely classified the property of the family of the commander of the invasion of Ukraine, General Sergei Surovikin. The Telegram channel “We can explain” drew attention to this. If earlier, instead of Surovikin or his relatives, the extracts indicated the “Russian Federation” as the copyright holder, now they simply do not have any real estate.

Surovikin himself previously stated in declarations that he does not own real estate, but only uses it. The last declaration for 2019 stated that Surovikin has two apartments in use: with an area of 288.4 and 107.5 sq. m. Surovikin's wife at that time owned a mansion with an area of 685 square meters. m, three land plots of 4.1 thousand square meters. m, shares in non-residential premises, as well as three apartments: an area of 82.7 sq. m, 107.5 sq. m and 288.4 sq. m.

The declaration also stated that Surovikin had an apartment of 288.4 sq. m. However, as the journalists of "Layout" found out, this is not an apartment, but a townhouse in the Dubrovka premium-class cottage settlement in New Moscow. Judging by the leaked databases of real estate owners, Anna Borisovna Surovikina bought the cottage back in 2009 at the construction stage. Until recently, the Russian Federation was listed as the copyright holder. The cost of such a townhouse starts from 50 million rubles.

One of Surovikin's apartments at Aviakonstruktor Mikoyan, 14 bldg. 2, according to the declaration, belongs to his wife and child – the shares are divided in half. At the same time, the extracts from the USRN state that the “Russian Federation” shares the apartment for two with itself. In 2015, one of the shares passed to the third "Russian Federation". A square meter of real estate in this house costs about 427 thousand rubles, that is, the cost of an apartment of the Surovikins family with an area of 107.5 square meters. m can be 46 million rubles.

Another apartment that the authorities hid is located in the Silver Coast business-class residential complex in Moscow, on Marshal Zhukov Avenue, in the Khoroshevo-Mnevniki district, Nestka writes. This 82.7 sq. m is owned solely by the wife of the general – Anna Borisovna Surovikina. However, according to the USRN extract, the apartment was bought in 2008 by the “Russian Federation” and sold in 2015 to the “Russian Federation”. To date, the cost of such an apartment in this house can be 30 million rubles. The publication focused on ads for the sale of similar real estate in the same houses and locations.

In total, the total estimated value of the Surovikin family's real estate reaches 125 million rubles. Judging by the information provided in the declarations, the general earned 30.9 million rubles in two years – from 2017 to 2019, his wife – 19.7 million.
