Ukrainian sabotage and reconnaissance groups in the Zaporozhye region are likely sent on missions under the influence of narcotic drugs, thus the command throws them directly under artillery fire, the commander of one of the units of the Crimea assault detachment with the call sign Bond told RIA Novosti.
