On the night of November 4, Russian troops again fired at the Kharkov region. This was announced by the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration (OVA) Oleg Sinegubov.
According to him, the Russian Federation delivered strikes on the settlements of the Kupyansky, Izyumsky and Chuguevsky regions. In Kupyansk, as a result of shelling, an extension to a residential building burned, and a fire broke out on the roof of the administrative building of the farm. In the Savinskaya community of the Izyumsky district, “we got into a private house”, there were no victims. At about 4 am in Chuguev, four hits were recorded in an open area, there were no casualties.
“Pyrotechnicians on the territory of the region eliminated 471 explosive objects in a day. The mine danger in the Kharkiv region remains: yesterday a 69-year-old man was blown up by a mine in Izyum, he was hospitalized with moderate injuries.
Also at night, Ukrainian air defense systems worked in the Dnipropetrovsk region, said the head of the OVA, Valentin Reznichenko. According to him, in the Nikopol region, the military from the Vostok air command shot down 8 Shahed-136 kamikaze drones.
“The Russians terrorized the region with other weapons. Fired with "Grads" and heavy artillery 4 communities – Nikopol, Mirovskaya, Krasnogrigoryevskaya and Marganetskaya. There were no casualties."
Residential buildings, cars, a gas pipeline were damaged in the Krasnogrigoryevsk community, and a power line was cut off, Reznichenko said. In other areas, the warning worked at night, there were no strikes.
In addition, on the evening of November 3, Russia launched six missile strikes on Pokrovsk in the Donetsk region, Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Kyrylo Tymoshenko wrote in his Telegram channel:

The head of the Donetsk OVA, Pavel Kirilenko, said that on November 3, as a result of Russian shelling, 8 civilians were killed: five in Bakhmut, one in Pokrovsk, one in Nelipovka and one in Krasnohorivka. Law enforcement officers also found the body of one civilian killed during the Russian occupation of the village of Krymka. 14 people were injured.
By the night of November 4, the Armed Forces of Ukraine continued their offensive in the east of the country. According to the updated maps , there were no global changes at the front during the day, the Russian offensive on Vugledar was bogged down, fighting is underway in the Pavlovka region of the Donetsk region. Also, photos were published on social networks, in which the Russian flag was removed from the administrative building in Kherson. The head of the press center of the Defense Forces of the South of Ukraine, Natalya Gumenyuk, believes that this is how the Russian Federation wants to create the impression that the settlements have been abandoned, and with the help of a provocation to lure the Ukrainian army into the city.
