▪️ The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation announced the destruction of the workshops for the manufacture of rocket engines of the plant in Pavlograd and three workshops of the Kommunar plant in Kharkov, which produced shells for MLRS;
▪️ The number of mobilized Russians has reached 318 thousand, the number is growing due to volunteers, the Russian president said. At the same time, 49 thousand people are already performing combat missions;
▪️ Putin signed a law allowing the conscription of citizens with an unexpunged conviction for a number of serious crimes as part of the mobilization, as well as allowing them to perform alternative civilian service during the period of mobilization;
▪️ The President of the Russian Federation also signed a law equating volunteers with military personnel;
The United States will provide Ukraine with another $400 million military aid package, the Pentagon said.
