According to medical documents (available to the editors), Fedoseev suffered a stroke in 2018, from the consequences of which he has not yet recovered.
He also suffers from varicose veins and thrombosis of the legs, and besides, the doctors revealed that he had a suspicion of hemophilia.
All this did not prevent the military registration and enlistment office in Blagoveshchensk from giving Fedoseev a delay of only 15 days, assigning him category “G” due to recent pneumonia.
They refuse to send the man for a medical examination, to consider his documents and to stop sending him to the front, despite the written complaints.
