The United States announced a new package of military assistance to Ukraine for $400 million

The US Department of Defense announced the allocation of a new package of military assistance to Ukraine, we are talking about $ 400 million. This was reported on the Pentagon website.

This package includes, among other things, the delivery of 45 modernized T-72B tanks with improved optics, communications and armor, 1,100 Phoenix Ghost tactical unmanned aerial vehicles, 250 M1117 armored personnel carriers, 40 armored boats, as well as tactical secure communications and surveillance systems.

Another 45 T-72B tanks will be supplied to Ukraine by the Netherlands, the Pentagon said in a statement. The country will provide military assistance to Kiev for €120 million. Thus, together with the Netherlands, the Czech Republic and the United States, Ukraine will receive 90 modernized Czech tanks. The first batch will arrive in November.

Since the beginning of the war, the United States has already allocated more than $18 billion in military aid to Ukraine.
