BAZA informsthat, presumably, the arson in the Polygon was committed by 23-year-old Stanislav Ionkin. At the end of August, he returned from the war in Ukraine. The publication matches the information VChK-OGPU.
On August 22, he was wounded by gunfire while carrying ammunition. Ionkin was thrown out of the car, he broke his leg. From that moment on, Ionkin was in hospitals, and then in the Kostroma region, but in early November he went to a military unit to undergo a medical examination.
