Four people were in a coma after a fire in the Kostroma cafe “Polygon”. According to our information, about 60 people went to the emergency room. Most of them were transported by buses, the rest got on their own.
Rescuers continue to dismantle the rubble on Nikitskaya Street. So far, 15 people have died.
