FZ: all employees of the company must be dismissed if the mobilized director does not appoint a deputy

Vladimir Putin signed a law amending the Labor Code, according to which all employees of the company must be fired if its only director was mobilized and did not have time to transfer his powers.

The changes relate to clause 7, part 3, Thu. 83 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation "Termination of an employment contract due to circumstances beyond the control of the parties." Earlier, it said that the employment contract could be terminated due to the conscription of the employee for military service not on mobilization, or if he chose an alternative civilian service. Now a line has been added to the wording about the call of the leader.

Earlier, Putin said that 318 thousand people were mobilized in Russia for the war with Ukraine. According to him, 49,000 of them have already gone "to carry out combat missions,"
