The prefect of the Central Administrative District of Moscow, Vladimir Goverdovsky, accidentally shot a huntsman while hunting, claims “Base”. The bullet he fired at the boar ricocheted and fatally wounded 6-year-old Vasily Andreev.
Now Goverdovsky is a witness in the case.
