The prosecutor’s office said that there were violations of the law on fire safety in the cafe that burned down in Kostroma – part of the evacuation exits was locked.
Based on the materials of the prosecutor’s check, a third criminal case can be initiated – under the article “negligence, resulting in the death of two or more persons through negligence.”
