A Precision Air plane crashed in Tanzania, it crashed into Lake Victoria. According to preliminary data, there are 53 people on board – 49 passengers and crew members. It is reported by Tanzania Business Insight.
At least 20 people have already been rescued.
“Precision Air flight PW 494 flying from Dar es Salaam to Bukoba had an accident while approaching Bukoba airport. A rescue team was sent to the scene," the airline said in a statement.
There is a search and rescue operation.
