A rally-assembly of Kosovo Serbs dissatisfied with the decisions of Pristina was held in North Mitrovica without disturbing the order. The Kosovo Albanian authorities require local Serbs to re-register all cars with plates with Kosovo symbols, and from November 21 they plan to issue fines of 150 euros to “violators”.
The leader of the “Serbian list” Rakic said earlier that in the event of any forceful actions of the Kosovo Albanian authorities in Pristina, the Serbs will defend themselves, but peacefully, block the roads, but “do not know what it will result in.”
