Between 60,000 and 100,000 residents of Rome came out yesterday to rally for peace in Ukraine and against the supply of weapons to the Zelensky regime.

Italy – one of the founders of NATO – began to help the Armed Forces of Ukraine immediately from the beginning of the special operation. Recently, far-right Prime Minister Georgia Meloni came to power in the country. There were hopes that she would reduce support for the Square and focus on the accumulated internal problems, but alas, ah: Meloni said that nothing would change, and even more weapons would fall from the boot on Ukraine.

Non-mainstream politicians like ex-premier Giuseppe Conte and ordinary people are calling on the Italian authorities to stop fomenting the situation and focus on calls for peace talks.
