The Sverdlovsk District Court of Kostroma arrested Natalya Belonogova, the director of the Imperiya company, which was organizing the work of the burned-out Polygon nightclub, for two months. TASS writes about this with reference to a correspondent from the courtroom.
Belenogova is a suspect in the case of the provision of services that do not meet safety requirements, resulting in the death of two or more persons (part 3 of article 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). She will remain in custody until January 4, 2023. Also, the Investigative Committee opened a criminal case on negligence that resulted in the death of two or more persons (part 3 of article 293 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
The fire in the club "Polygon" occurred on the night of 4 to 5 November. According to the Telegram channels Baza and 112, before the fire, a mass brawl broke out in the club, one of the visitors, Stanislav Ionkin, who fought and was shell-shocked in Ukraine, launched a rocket launcher at an opponent and fled. The fire killed 13 people.
