Shilkinets blew up four people near the Baikal cafe because he was not allowed inside.
The 35-year-old inadequate staged a vendetta on the night of November 6th. With a grenade, he wanted to enter the establishment, but an employee did not let him through. Offended, the Transbaikalian threw ammunition next to the building – just where two guys with their girlfriends were smoking at that moment.
One victim was taken to the hospital in a moderate condition, three were not seriously injured. The bomber has already been detained, and a criminal case has been opened on the fact of attempted murder.
