A court in Kostroma arrested Natalya Belenogova, the director of the company that operated the Polygon cafe, where 13 people died as a result of a fire, for two months.
Belenogova is suspected of committing a crime under Article 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation – “Provision of services that do not meet safety requirements, resulting in the death of two or more persons.”
