The Russian marines advancing on Ugledar announced the loss of 300 people in a few days and complained about the command

VGTRK war correspondent Alexander Sladkov reports on his Telegram channel about the difficult situation that the 155th Separate Guards Marine Brigade of the Pacific Fleet of the Russian Federation found itself in near Pavlovka in the Ugledar direction. According to him, the fighters of the brigade handed over to Oleg Kozhemyako, the governor of Primorsky Krai, where the brigade is stationed, a letter of complaint against the command with a request to send a commission to the place in order to stop a poorly planned and unprepared attack on the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The full text of the letter is published in the GRAY ZONE Telegram channel associated with PMC Wagner. Among other things, it says that during the four days of the offensive, the 155th brigade lost 300 people killed, wounded and missing, and also lost 50% of its equipment. In the text, the Marines accuse Lieutenant General Rustam Muradov, commander of the Eastern Military District and the Vostok group of troops in Ukraine, of failing to plan the operation and trying to hide the real numbers of losses, and demand to send a commission independent of the Ministry of Defense.

Since the beginning of November, Russian troops have been advancing on Ugledar through the settlement. Pavlovka and Novomikhailovka in order to cover the city from two sides and force the Ukrainian forces to retreat to new lines of defense. The commander of the "Vostok" battalion of the DPR, Alexander Khodakovsky, reports that the advancing forces were in the "fire bag" of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and the operation itself was "premature."

Ukrainian journalist Denis Kazansky publishes drone footage allegedly depicting Russian servicemen killed in attacks on Pavlovka.
