The Warsaw Congress is rapidly losing delegates: if yesterday 21 people in the hall and 26 online were declared participants, now only 16 people were found in the hall when voting for the development of an updated Constitution, and 8 online.
Thus, from yesterday’s declared 47 delegates, 24 remained.
Organizational chaos was expressed in the question of the chairman Alexei Vilenets: “Does anyone keep minutes in our country?”
Against this background, the congress began to consider acts on the revision of the results of the privatization and rehabilitation of Russian Germans.
