In Moscow for 25 days arrested activist Ilya Povyshev – he stood at the memorial in memory of Boris Nemtsov on the Bolshoy Moskvoretsky Bridge wearing a “No to war” mask. The man was found guilty under the article on the repeated violation of the rally legislation (part 8 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation).
Also, Povyshev was fined 50,000 rubles under another article – about “discrediting the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.” The reason for the persecution under this article was the fact that Povyshev was standing next to the sign “255 days and nights B *** A”: another activist left it at the memorial.
