Pensioner Irina Tsybaneva was replaced by house arrest with a ban on certain actions, – ZAKS.ru.
The court forbade Tsybaneva to use the Internet, as well as visit the Seraphim cemetery and communicate with its employees. The pensioner is accused of desecrating the grave of Putin’s parents based on political hatred (clause “b” part 2 of article 244 of the Criminal Code). On October 6, she left a note with an “offensive inscription” on the grave.
