The Central Court of Novosibirsk dismissed the criminal case against a minor accused of “fakes about the army”, report “Network Freedoms”
The case was initiated for reposting Mikhail Podolyak’s message about the victims during the capture of the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant, forwarded to one of the Novosibirsk chats in Telegram.
«Несколько лингвистических экспертиз показали отсутствие утверждений о проверяемых фактах в посте самого обвиняемого […] Текст содержал лишь призыв к обсуждению этой новости», — пояснили “Network Freedoms” со ссылкой на адвоката Егора Солунина.
