A court in the Leningrad Region dismissed an administrative case against pensioner Alexander Pravdin, who placed a poster “Russians, you are non-humans” on the street of his city. A protocol was previously drawn up against the man under the article on inciting hatred on ethnic grounds (Article 20.3.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation). However, as he writes “Paper”, the judge did not find any signs of an offense in the actions of the man.
