The court in Vladimir refused officer Farkhad Jabbarov to remove him from the military register and deprive him of his rank.
Jabbarov, as indicated “Argument”, he himself demanded this because of his disagreement with the Russian-led aggressive war.
However, the Leninsky court of the city considered that it was possible to deprive the rank only for committing crimes, and to remove it from the military register – only by age.
