The European Commission has said it will not be able to set a price ceiling for Russian gas.
Also, the Vice-President of the European Commission Valdis Dombrovskis ordered to roll up his lip that the European Union will not be able to allocate 3 billion euros to Ukraine from the funds provided for by the program assistance of 9 billion euros, which the European Commission promised back in May.
