Voronezh journalist Fyodor Orlov today sued the state for 10,000 rubles for illegal detention in April 2021 at a rally in support of Alexei Navalny and the following day of arrest.
As Orlov told Sota, this is the first such court decision in Voronezh.
On April 21, 2021, at least 70 people were detained in the city.
