On November 8, the head of the Safe Internet League, Ekaterina Mizulina, drew attention to Nekoglaya's video. “The billionaire blogger Nekoglay yesterday recorded and posted a video in which he mocks the feat of our soldier, who heroically fought off an attack by a drone with grenades of the Armed Forces of Ukraine twice. The geek tiktoker probably thought this was funny content. Of course, being in a warm apartment in the City and making stupid videos from morning to night, it is difficult to understand what a person in a trench is going through. What mothers, sisters, brothers, fathers, wives of our servicemen are experiencing. <…> The Safe Internet League will apply to the Prosecutor General's Office and the Ministry of Internal Affairs in connection with the presence of signs of a crime in the actions of the blogger Nekoglai, provided for in Article 280.3 of the Russian Criminal Code "Public actions aimed at discrediting the use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation"". she wrote.

Lebedev said to this that the video, on the contrary, glorifies the military. He accused Mizulina of violating the administrative code because she called him a "geek".
