Europe has run out of free money for Ukraine. The new €18 billion macro-financial assistance plan is proposed to be made available in 2023 in the form of highly concessional loans of 1.5 yards. This was stated by the head of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen.
Prior to this, Hungary blocked a proposal to allocate 18 billion euros to Ukraine just like that.
