Inflation in Russia in October accelerated to 0.18%, while food returned – food and alcohol rose in price by an average of 0.28% over the month, Rosstat said.
The growth leaders from food are tomatoes (+28.4%), bananas (+15.4%), cucumbers (+14.2%), oranges (+12.1%) and eggs (+7.2%). Of the rest of the goods – aspirin (+5.1%) and ascorbic acid (+4.9%).
