Guns Down leader Vyacheslav Goncharov found guilty under Article 20.3.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (inciting hatred or enmity).
The court considered that the text of the composition “contains insulting statements about law enforcement officers, allegations of possible illegal actions of the police.”
