The court recognized the legal sending of Navalny to the ShIZO for refusing to clean the fence

The Kovrov City Court of the Vladimir Region found it legal to send politician Alexei Navalny to a punishment cell because of his refusal to clean the fence. This was reported by the Navalny Team on Twitter.

If we take into account the last sending of the politician to the punishment cell for 11 days, by November 11, Navalny will spend 67 days in the punishment cell.

Since mid-August, Navalny has been in the ShIZO almost all the time. On November 1, he was sent to a punishment cell for the seventh time, then the reason was an “incorrect” appeal to the detective. Navalny was also told that he did not clean the exercise yard well. His press secretary, Kira Yarmysh, noted that ShIZO is a six-meter cell in which the bed is fastened to the wall for a day, and the window does not open. Prior to this, Navalny was sent to a ShIZO for refusing to clean the fence, and before that, for “talking about mobilization at the last trial.”

On October 20, Navalny announced that a new criminal case had been opened against him, he was accused of inciting terrorism and extremism, as well as financing extremist activities and rehabilitating Nazism. According to the IC, he did this without leaving the colony, in the new case, Navalny faces up to 30 years in prison. Now the politician is serving a term in IK-6 in the Vladimir region. In August, he founded the trade union "Promzona" for prisoners and employees of the colonies.
