The Moscow City Court again extended house arrest to student Maria Platonova until December 14.
Earlier, the First Court of Appeal reduced the arrest by a month, from December 14 to November 14.
Recall that a student at the Higher School of Economics and the author of the Sota logo is accused in the case of the telegram channel Chto Delat for allegedly inciting mass riots before the State Duma elections under the nickname Vovan Zabivnoy.
The only evidence of the prosecution is a certificate written by the investigator about the identification of Maria and the chat user on unknown grounds.
