Two Ukrainian nationalists were detained in Berdyansk, they were preparing a terrorist attack at a substation and an attempt on the city’s leadership, the city authorities told RIA Novosti.
An hour earlier, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the LPR told us that an improvised explosive device had been defused at a gas distribution point in Novoaidar.
