A high-voltage power transmission tower in Klimov, Bryansk region, was blown up by a group of saboteurs from Ukraine at about 14:30. According to our information, she entered Russia on the 10th of October, and law enforcement officers immediately began searching for her. Part, frightened, returned back, and part remained in the region and committed today’s sabotage.

The suspects have already been detained – these are two men aged 28 and 58. One of them was local. They were discovered by residents of Klimov – they called the police, talking about strangers in a car near power lines.

After the explosion, more than 90% of the area was without power for some time. Now electricity works in almost every building. Initially, no one was hurt.
