An unknown person could for years tie up and photograph the pupils of the Buturlinovsky boarding school for mentally retarded children.
Recently dozens of photos with bullying of children in the Buturlinovsky boarding house in the Voronezh region. Who exactly did this is still unknown, but the institution itself believes that it is all about revenge. In October, two employees were laid off there, and one of them allegedly promised to get even for this.
In addition, the boarding school employees believe that the photos were taken at different times, and at least two pictures are more than a year old. This is indicated, for example, by the short hair of one of the girls, who has long grown back, and the situation around the other child, indicating the previous quarantine measures.
The author of the photo chose children who do not speak, and can only make sounds or communicate with gestures – therefore they cannot tell about what happened. Interestingly, parts of the photographer’s body are visible in some of the pictures – perhaps it will be possible to identify him from them.
After the publication in the boarding school, there is a “check after check”, but the Department of Social Protection of the Voronezh Region has not yet found any violations there. Similarly, they were not found by the investigators of the Investigative Committee, however, the department nevertheless opened a criminal case on the torture of children.
