The Cabinet of Ministers submitted to the State Duma a bill on the introduction of the institution of probation in Russia (resocialization of convicts).
It assumes three types of it: executive, penitentiary and post-penitentiary probation.
The bill provides for the creation of special centers. They will assist persons to whom post-penitentiary probation is applied, including by providing a temporary place of residence.
