The “Communists of Russia” proposed to the State Duma to fine those who call the Brezhnev era “stagnation” by 25,000 rubles, their leader Malinkovich told RIA Novosti.
“There are more modern and adequate ways of forming the attitude of citizens to a certain historical period,” Deputy Burlakov (ER) told us.
