The Foreign Minister of the Congo, in an interview with RIA Novosti, called it hypocrisy that most of the ships with grain as part of the “product deal” go to Europe, and not to Africa.
He also said that he considers the events in Ukraine the result of provocations, and called on Moscow and Kyiv to negotiate.
