Hungary is blocking the allocation of 18 billion euros to Ukraine, writes Politico. According to him, this caused disappointment in Brussels, Berlin and other capitals – the EU sees this as a blackmail attempt to secure the release of more than 13 billion euros for Hungary, which Hungary risks not getting if it does not solve the problems with “retreat from democracy.”
