Details of the amendment to the bill to ban LGBT propaganda
Those who have already been subjected to administrative punishment for such acts, in case of repeated violation, face criminal liability – up to and including imprisonment:
▪️for repeated propaganda of LGBT people – up to 1 year
▪️for repeated propaganda of LGBT using the media – up to 2 years
▪️for repeated propaganda of LGBT among minors – up to 3 years
▪️for repeated promotion of pedophilia – up to 2 years
▪️for repeated promotion of pedophilia using the media – up to 5 years
