112: the head of Krasny Bor (Leningrad region) Alexander Kantserev was attacked and beaten with a metal pipe. The incident took place near the official’s house: an unknown person climbed over the fence, hit Kanartsev and disappeared.
Now Kanartsev is in intensive care with bruises of the chest and a fracture of the bones of the skull. The attacker has not yet been arrested.
