Kyiv tested narcotic nasal analgesics developed in the West for the NATO army in laboratories found in Rubezhnoye (LPR), a source told RIA Novosti.
As the chief state sanitary doctor of the LPR, Dmitry Dokashenko, clarified, the West tested new narcotic painkillers in Ukraine in order to reduce the cost of volunteers and specialists, as well as hide information about possible failures.
