Members of the Moscow PMC were never allowed into the Temporary Detention Center for Migrants (TsVSIG) in Sakharovo: the police also did not respond to the complaints of human rights activists.
The only thing they could do was record the arrival of an ambulance at the TsVSIG with an unknown purpose.
Recall that the reason for the visit of the PMC was the suspicion of violence against the deported tiktoker Nekoglay: he appeared in court shaved and with abrasions on his face.
