The Kirov prosecutor’s office launched an investigation after a video in which a child escaped from a kindergarten in one diaper. According to the governor of the region, this happened on November 10 on Chapaev Street, where an individual entrepreneur organized a childcare group, “in a semi-basement and without a license for educational activities.”
