Deputy Prosecutor General Nikolai Vinnichenko made a presentation to the Minister of Transport Vitaly Savelyev because of the actions of his subordinate, the head of the Federal Air Transport Agency, Alexander Neradko. This was reported by "Aviatorshchina" and confirmed by a source of "Vedomosti" close to the Prosecutor General's Office.
The violation lies in the fact that on July 8, Neradko appointed his ex-assistant, 27-year-old Tatyana Kocherova, head of the Agency's Digitalization and Provision Department. At the same time, Kocherova is not a technical specialist and she has a humanitarian education, by profession she is a proofreader-clerk, writes the Telegram channel. This is not the first order that the Prosecutor General's Office issues because of Kocherova. In September, Neradko was demanded directly from Neradko to eliminate the violation, that is, to dismiss Kocherova, but he did not eliminate anything, so now the Minister of Transport is being reprimanded. According to the law, a month is given to eliminate violations.
Three months before Kocherova was appointed to Rosatsiatsia, a severe hacker attack was carried out, the damage from which was estimated at 80 million rubles, about 65 TB of data was destroyed: all document flow and files on servers were erased. At the same time, Neradko, in an interview with Moskovsky Komsomolets, denied that the damage from the DDoS attack was massive. The attack led to the dismissal of Alla Syasina, who led the digitalization department, which allowed Kocherova to take on this position.
“Kocherova is doing well, running around the offices of the heads of departments and drinking coffee. If the Federal Air Transport Agency is hacked again and all data is deleted, then I will not be surprised, ”a source in the agency told Aviatorshchina.
