On Tuesday, meteorological winter will come to Moscow and a steady minus, 3-5 degrees are expected at night, RIA Novosti was told in Phobos.
The height of the snow cover in Moscow will grow up to 8 cm by the weekend due to snowfall, it is expected to reach minus 10 degrees at night. A stable snow cover of up to 2-3 cm will form in the capital by the middle of the week.
