Rostov border colony No. 12 (IK-12) in Kamensk-Shakhtinsk is used as a transshipment base for prisoners recruited by Wagner PMC, claims “Inhabitant of MLS”.
According to him, back in the spring, Ukrainian prisoners of war were kept in IK-12, but in the summer, local prisoners and, presumably, prisoners were taken to other colonies to accommodate mercenary prisoners transported to Ukraine in the vacated places.
“The recruits there have the position of semi-free people, but no one is trained in the camp. To do this, they are transported to landfills. There is no AUE there, you understand, there is not even a trace.
Let’s add that on “Google Maps” the colony is marked as “closed forever.”
