Social networks publish video of the alleged moment of the explosion in Istanbul from surveillance cameras.
Judging by the video, the explosion on Istiklal Street was carried out by a suicide bomber.
The explosion took place about 400 meters from the Russian consulate. So far, 4 people are known to have died. Whether there are Russians among them is still unknown.
